In May 2023, the Intermarium Institute was founded in Kyiv. Its founders are Ukrainian scientists, experts and public figures.

The purpose of the Institute's activities is to consolidate efforts aimed at disseminating, developing and popularizing the ideas of the Intermarium (Baltic-Black Sea Union), Ukraine-centrism, traditional values, deepening political, social, economic and general comprehensive dialogue between Ukraine and the EU, scientific, economic, and overall comprehensive dialogue between Ukraine and its Western partners and neighbors, primarily with the countries of Northern, Central, and Southeastern Europe, the countries of the South Caucasus (Transcaucasia), Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

The Intermarium Institute is a research and information and educational organization. We are a kind of club that aims to unite scientists, politicians, public figures, journalists, volunteers, and all those who are interested in our ideas and activities.

The main activities of the Institute are as follows:

1. Promotion of the idea of Intermarium (Baltic-Black Sea Union) or any other forms and concepts of alliances, interstate associations based on the countries of Northern, Central, South-Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, Turkey and the United Kingdom and deepening of comprehensive partnership between them on the principles of Ukraine-centrism;
2. Research and assessment of current socio-political processes in Ukraine, Europe and the world;
3. Modeling the strategy and stages of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine;
4. Modeling the concept and strategy of a new system of collective security in Europe, in particular, in the Central European, Eastern European, and Black Sea regions;
5. Researching current processes in Russia, forecasting options for its future development, and the possible formation of a post-Russian space;
6. Educating a generation of future politicians at the local and national level.
