Export of Ukrainian agricultural products to the EU fell to 1 million tons

Export of Ukrainian agricultural products to the EU fell to the level until 2022 and is less than 1 million tons per month, while last year in September it exceeded 4 million tons. This was announced by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Solskyi during the meeting of the EU Council on Agriculture and Fisheries, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy writes.

The minister noted that Ukraine has been unable to export wheat, sunflower, corn and rapeseed to neighboring EU countries for almost a year.

As Solskyi reported, since the beginning of the year, Ukraine exported 17 million tons of agricultural goods, of which about 12 million tons - through the ports of Great Odesa, almost another 3 million tons - through the ports of the Danube, and only 2 million tons by land transport.

Earlier it was reported that the volume of foreign trade in Ukraine has increased. Ukraine exported the most to Poland - 649 million dollars, Spain - 624 million dollars, China - 504 million dollars.
